x1 banana

x1 apple

x1 carrot

x1 handful of spinach

x1/2 scoop of Berry and/or Organic Greens Complex Delicious Berry Complex from NYRO

x1/2 cup of almond, rice or coconut milk

x 1/2 cup of water
