Our caveman bodies really weren’t made for the modern world with its bombardment of electrical waves. Constant wifi, permanent attachment to mobile phones and frequent use of laptops, iPads, kindles etc really can play havoc with our bodies.
The good news is that we’re not saying you need to give them up but muscle test to see if they do affect and ‘weaken’ you. If so, lets work together to strengthen you so you can use these and not build up electrical resistance or experience fatigue.
Also, choosing to walk outside barefoot as much as possible and enjoy feeling grounded really helps!
*Please note, I mean having a nice little pad around your garden, not walking around your local shopping centre without shoes on!*
