We will help you have space to breathe and replenish, to regain that balance and sense of feeling grounded. You will enjoy a whole day of me time: learning new techniques to silence the inner critic, discovering Bach flowers to give you support emotionally, trying out the Emotional Freedom Technique and enjoying deeply relaxing restorative yoga.
